Q. Where do you ship from?

 

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in South Africa. Please note that we use nationwide courier services and at times there may be delayes.

 

 

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

 

A. It will usually take 3 - 5 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping lead times vary based on customer location.

 

 

Q. How long will it take to dispatch the order?

 

A. It will take usually up to 1 - 2 business days, while, in peak times, it may take up to 4 business days to dispatch.

 

 

Q. Do you ship Nationally?

Q. Is there a cost for delivery/courier?

 

A. YES! We charge R90 delivery fee for orders under R1000 and shipping is Free for orders above R1000.

 

 

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

 

A. We process all orders in ZAR.
